The DSR Tactical is a rare. You are probably thinking of the WA2000 Tactical. That one is forge-able
M416 CQB CAMO - Combat Arms Maps, Weapons, Guides, Info, and more!
Also, the M416 CQB Camo while not technically a ultra "Rare" is still a rare
DSR-1 Tactical can only be obtained from crates. Also I'll offer around 40$ since the level is really really low.
