Anti-afk bot?

So just played a match of the greeviling and there was a guy just running up and down the lanes...
So I thought he might be farming items in this mode which is quite smart

So im asking if anyone knows where or how I can do this?

yea i got one o those, you can code it in C if you know how to.. been farming naughty gifts on my account with the same name and trading it with my main account so yea.
