vac ban = ip ban?

Hey, i wanna crack my steam, and im afraid to lose my another account (72 games FTW)
is vac ban is an ip ban? and if it is, how do i change my ip?

use Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements to see if ur system can run this game.

steam cracks are unstable, it can be infected with trojans, bot_nets and more. but its your decision, on your place i will be see at the Steam terms of use.

its not a trojan, my friend sended me it and hes using it 4 ten days, and didnt got banned.

omg hahaha, funny Thread. u think u can trust your friend. so im not sure.

its your decision but im getting very angry to see that much "Kids" will crack steam for all games.

so im not sure if u get banned for using non steam.

ok, does it banning only the account you use it on or all of your accounts?
EDIT: VirusTotal its 2/45, i think its false alarms...

i cant uploade it to the website, its 11 mb, but what are this exe? are those in this steam cracker?
