No i know how to host because 80% of the time the server will let me be the host but any tools that is a mod loader/injecter into your server?

Oh no.My mods are purley non injectors as i hate them and they harm your computer.My mods are GSC file that i make from scratch.In other words its just a modded text file wich is in a folder.You just drop it in your mods folder and open up mw2 and load the mod and play.

VoxVintage, can you tell me step by step of how to setup the mod? Do I need to Host the Server btw? If Yes... is there any way to force me being Host somehow?
