Crossfire NA problem!!

Hi I have problem with cf na, i made new acc and i couldnt play on it cuz im from eu, then i change my IP with spotfulx program and there was no problem(i tought).I could enter game, I enterd in server then i channel but when i wantet to enter a room there was a problem. I enter the room but i couldnt start to play i was disconected befor i started to play and i saw that spotflux was disabled. So can someone help me about that, any program that wont disabel or something to keep spotflux enabled?
