Learn how to code 
Hacks in general are made in a programming language called "C++" , it's pretty hard to master at first , I would recommend buying books or download E-books (PDF) or just watch a YouTube channel called antiRTFM http://www.youtube.com/user/antirtfm which really helps you a lot on your way to learn coding etc...
But I would really recommend to start with basic programming language "Visual basic" , learn how to make injectors , trainers etc... then you can get advanced.
It's really not 123.

LOL learn it by urself and nobody will teach you. Its really hard to learn if it easy this site will full of hacks
actually if u just wan to learn how to coded /made a waller hack, u just nid to learn directx .for bypassing gg, learn reverse engineering(learn some c++ too u nid them for the coding) Asm are also recommended

Like Hacking Website or Anything xD
After you get a good understanding of the language, you can download a base and that should help you get started. I recommend trying hotkeys first since they're easier to code and much simpler
