Etrade Method:

Hint*: use fakenamegenerator.com for free fake info to use.

1. Go to etrade.com
2. Click Open account
3. Then check to make sure that it's Complete Investment Account
4. Click continue.
5. Click continue.
6. Check Individual Account and Cash Account Only
7. Check I am new to E*TRADE
8. Put in fake info except for the email. For email put paypal email. *Note: REMEMBER IF YOU PUT IN REAL INFO YOU ARE EXPOSING YOURSELF
9. Click continue
10. Fill out Tax and Citizenship Info with Fake Info
11. For Employment Status make up jobs. Make sure that the address of your employer (make up employer name) is almost same as yours that you put except for the address number. for example if address number was 1234 put something like 1238
12. Pick no for all options and click continue.
13. For investment Profile put in this:
    Investment Objectives: Income 
    Investment Experience: Excellent
    Trading frequency: 10+
    Put the highest amounts for "Income and Net Worth"
    Expected use of account: Long term investment
    Select No
14. Click Continue
15. Click continue again
16. Make sure all boxes are unchecked on Select Documents for Electronic Delivery
17. Keep Clicking until you see User ID and Password
18. Pick "No I want to creat a new User ID and Password"
19. Make an account you can remember
20. It won't give account number but if you go back to ETrade and Log in you will see "XXXX - SHOW" Click Show
    *note: XXXX is your last four numbers or first four idk
21. Routing number for etrade is 256072691
22. Verify with paypal! Instantly! *Use common sense and goto Paypal and click Link a Bank Account and Put in details

BTW* It's more likely that account will not get limited if you put same info as paypal (Name and address etc)

Netspend Method: 
1. Goto https://www.netspend.com
2. Once you are on that page, it is suggested that you fill out the form completely with the information that is listed on your Paypal.
3.  Next page will be where you have to submit your email address along with your phone number and a Username.
4. Next page is enter a password
5. Log in on Netspend
6. After you log-into the account, go under the Add/Manage money tab. There should be a sub-section called Paypal Transfers.
7. Read the instructions on how to further verify your Paypal.
8. Next, you can either open up a new tab or a new browser. Go the Paypal site (www.Paypal.com) and go to the top where it says "Get Verified"
9. Choose "Get Verified by adding your Bank Account"
10. Once you pull up the screen, type in the information you were supplied on your NetSpend account.
11.  Now you have to wait 2-3+ business days. Paypal will send your NetSpend bank account 2 increments of small change.
12. Enter it in on the Paypal Bank Verification page.
13. Verified! :D
