Well. It could technically, Run it, Yes. but, the frame rates would be quite horrific, let alone how it would deal speed-wise with chunk loading... If you turn down the graphics, and set everything to max FPS, it might be playable? Download the cracked client on here and give it a shot though.
Hope this helps, Homie!

Here: Bad video card drivers!
-----------------------

Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

Ok, so these 2 lines:
"Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers."

Tell us what we need to do.
1.) You need to go to nVidia's website.
2.) Select your region.
3.) Hover over Drivers, and click on Geforce drivers.
4.) Click on "Auto-detect GPU"
This will Automatically detect what your video card driver is, and it tells you the newest one for your video card.
5.) After it is done detecting your Driver, it will give you an option to download the new one.
6.) Download the new driver, ( These are often quite large. So be patient. )
7.) Just double click the executable, and it should ask you a few questions. and, install.
8.) Restart your computer.
9.) Try running it again!
Hope this helps, Homie!
Open GL error also might because you do not have the latest Java, Minecraft needs java to run correctly.
yeah. You should:

1. Update your Java to the most recent version.
2. Update your drivers to the most recent version

You should be fine once done. My desktop is horrid, and I'm forced to play MC on all of the lowest settings when on my desktop. Just make sure everything is lowest, and it's on Max FPS.

It appears that this can be solved by Right clicking the .zip file, and selecting "extract files...". Others have said that this has made it work. Why aren't you using winrar though? Its a lot better than 7zip in my opinion.
Hope this helps, Homie!
Yeah. Get WinRAR. I'm not sure about that message, but just use WinRAR and it should be fixed.
very odd. Have you recently updated your card's drivers? I haven't seen this error when working with any of the companies I worked with.
Go to oracles website and check if you have java
