How to suspend MAT on windows 7

Can you help me how to suspend MAT on windows 7 and which program for using.

MAT Malaysia and AK online, I need only suspender program so maybe I can suspend any MAT, I think,

Yes , it ca work on windows 7 , I'm currently using process suspended ( the latest version ) , it works on windows 7 ( ultimate ) <---- that's what i am using.
