The Kingston uses lower voltage and that's always a good thing. And I've got good experiences with Kingston so I would go for the Kingston.

unless you are doing heavy editing work ram timings or clock doesn't really matter as long as it's above 1333

Same . 
Find some samsung ram. they had 8gb for 30 bucks not to far back. It OC'd like a mother fucker since it was stock 1.3v.
