can anyone help me how to use this and translate the chinese or etc words

That was posted in 2010 even if someone did translate it im sure it no longer works.

The answer lies in the image. I don't know if it works, I can't get it to work. Do we need to sign in with our account on the trainer? Haha. Apparently it has a damage hack.

Edit Update:
Once you register and you sign in with your account on the trainer, if you try to use it, you will need to have a contribution (i'm guessing points) of 60. If you register you get one. Means it can't be used :/

This is correct, you need to have 60 contribution points to the forum. To all those wondering where to get it, its in the picture... Sorry for the late reply been busy and if you still want the translations to this i can upload them for you.

every log in points will be deducted?

where did you get that? any link? been looking for that hack.

The latest update is 13.01.06 I'm guessing it's 2013, Jan 06?
