Is it possible to change the spawn points?

So, while playing today I thought it would be awesome to have everyone spawn outside of the map instead of my tele-porting them out there. So my question is it possible to change the spawn points of each team so that they will spawn outside the map?

Wish I knew how to lol. Just started learning c++ a couple weeks ago, so I got a while before I understand everything. Do you think you could do something like this Kenshin? Would be so epic.

Well obviously the points are hardcoded so...Yea I could, but I'll need to find where they are stored...
Or another thing, make a plugin using the Server Addon (Steam/Tekno) or InfinityScript (IW5M) to check the teams and do an OnSpawn() thing to change the position of the player as they're spawned for a particular team.

Is it possible to change the spawn points?
