No. Death barriers are part of the map. To bypass them, you have to alter the map, and if you do that, it won't be playable.

In MW2-MW3 you could bypass them.
Why not BO2 ?

Isn't "Zombies" a multi-player game? I mean, isn't single-player itself a multi-player server?

I didn't know that you can edit server side environments.

I don't think BO2 use Dedicated Servers to host Zombies.
Haven't checked tho but

Should be non-dedicated servers.

Why?
Because you can change player:
Names
Ammo
HP
Position
And so on

This would not be do-able if it was dedicated. (Very hard if so)
