VAC Bypass with CE confirmation

So, while I was browsing around looking at all of the new hacks on the website after being away for a few months I watched a YouTube video of one of the server hacks. After the video was completed I noticed in the recommended videos there was a video describing how to bypass VAC using CE and it says it works for CSS as well as other games. Since I have reformatted and installed new hardware I do not have CE anymore and I don't think I will download it for a lil while longer as I do not really have time to code and create for the games. So I am submitting the video tutorial for any of the coders as well as the people who are more knowledgeable then I am at theses sorts of things to possibly test this and see if it works in bypassing a VAC ban for MW3. If it does then who knows there may be a way to incorporate it into a server tool or even a stand alone VAC disabler? If this is in the wrong section then please will a minion move it to a more appropriate section. Thank you. Video follows

I don't really think it will work that well.

You're just "changing" the GUID / Steam ID.
But I don't think it will match with the account name. (If they are to check that)

BUt, it might work, if not. You might risk a ban.

Look; Steam is made by a real company 'Valve'. 'Valve Anti Cheat' is a fine(?) AC but bypassing so easily with CE I think it's impossible.
Even for a certain private server you need to do some advanced stuff to bypass only the server ban already.

From what I can tell this won't PERMANENTLY change your Steam ID but allow you to bypass the VAC3 ID check that is done periodically thoughout the game play. I may be wrong on this but is it not worth testing? Like I stated before I reformatted and do not have CE and don't look to download it anytime soon as I am not codeing atm so that is why I am asking if you, or anyone else will test this with a game they are banned from.

That's not what I am implying at all. They have to have multiple ID layer checks for multiple reasons, but if a game only requires 1 layer to be searched by steam in the cases of non source games such as MW3 then it might be possible. I am sure we could sit here and speculate all day on what Steam does and Doesn't do. I was just wondering if any of our coders who CE users who have been or have access to banned accounts on MW3 can test this video. The video is only a few months old so it may be possible that with the release of BO2 Valve may not be doing as thorough of investigations in the ID layers for MW3.

That tutorial makes me laugh so hard. The Steam interface doesn't even store the Steam ID as a string for the GetSteamID function so changing that won't do a thing. Not to mention that won't get around the IsVacBanned function in the interface either. I've never written a VAC bypass before, mainly because I don't have a VAC banned account (well, I do, but it's for MW2). Also, who knows what will happen when you try to auth with Demonware servers when connecting to online services.
