kiraleons doesnt go good at all

he used a brush, a stock, a render, text, then added a border, oh and dont forget the border around his guy which he got from the special effects thingy I forget what its called

picture of city i took, rendered cloud overlays with clipping masks, gradient overlay for lighting, coloring [adjustments/hue saturation], renders mine, outline done quick in AI, glowing, shadows, pattern overlays, color burn, and a few brushes[more than the one on top.], the border.

total of around 23 layers

But The Amount Of Layers Doesn't Matter.

I feel that Skull won this one, atleast for me, due to the fact that the theme fit the assassins creed render, I am actually starting to grow on vector images, but I still think that Skull did a better job, as far as the feel of the whole image ...... That, and I like Skull's rugged style.....both were 8/10.
