Hello , I'm starting a new server. I am currently hosting it myself with 5 GB of RAM, and i'm hopping for people to join my community and maybe together we can create a Dedicated / 24/7 / lots of plugins / etc.

You know, your server will be always empty with this ip ^^

you need to get the router ip not your computer ip in the network

You posted the LAN IP of your computer, that does not work, because it can only be reached from your local network. You need to post your WAN IP(also known as external IP) for us to be able to connect.
