Well first start up crossfire

Then go to options

LOOK IN GRAPHICS LAST LINE CLIK WINDOWED

I don't think you really needed to post a tut on this, seeing as though its right there and you don't have to really do anything...

This only makes Crossfire windowed while you are in the lobby. When you play a game Crossfire just goes back to fullscreen...
