i like the thunder one without rain =o nice

I agree with that, and you might want to place the render in front of the border so it looks like it's standing out.

Tech style border don't suit all sigs you can try to mess with photoshop a little and you might get something new.

Edit: Placing the rain effect behind the render itself would make it look a lot better too.

Firstly, get photoshop.

Tutorials here are pretty much easy to understand but you still need the basics before knowing how to do a sig. Just get the right canvas size, like 330x150 or 350x150 or 400x150.

You could get photoshop and try to mess around with it a bit once you do you'll start to get familiar with what to do stated in the tutorials.
