Rustler v3 give menu
People should avoid this option it gives the menu to everyone in the server, its suppose to be targeted. Your target will receive a message and a menu but everyone in the server can press F1 to open the mini menu, if they click on the map to set a marker they will teleport.

It gives it to everyone and not just one person? Also my bypass is down so I haven't even had a chance to run the menu.

Yes, me and a friend tested it, the person you target can press alt to open the main give menu, but anyone in the server can teleport and press f1 to open the mini menu
