Need help with a CD key

Hey guys, i have a cd key, it's not global banned....but, i need to find out how to enable it, it says its disabled and to contact customer service, idk why but... it's my ORIGINAL CD KEY and idk why its messed up. :/

What's stopping you from doing what it's saying and contacting customer support?

So contact customer support and ask them why it's not working. That's what they're there for. If you managed to pirate arma 2 and are using the provided key, they most likely noticed a large amount of people using that key and turned it off. In that case you'll have to get a legitimate key from somewhere.
