It's probably that you have disactivated punkbuster when yuo start the game, on the confing in your war rock folder

This block message has nothing to do with hacks (in my case)

It was simply because there was some problems with Vista with PB update or something.

To fix it (worked for me) just right click your WR.exe, click properties, go to compatibility and then tick Windows XP Service Pack 2 or something along those lines.

Should work, if not check WR forums loads of other ways to fix.

Yeah you probably deleted the PB folder causing that block message.

but if he deleted the punkbuster folder, pb wouldn't be in the client thus pb can't kick, you're only prevented from accessing the server

pb is both client side and server side...

How to set PB folders off?
