Cheap budget gaming PC, runs BF3 at low and CoD at medium.. Arma 2 @ 30 fps, bf3 @ 50-60 and CoD around 60-80

I bet that can run Crysis at the lowest settings with lag.

Comes with a stock heatsink that will do just fine. Buying a pentium CPU in 2013 is unheard of.

I assume you're thinking of the old pentium CPU's.
Times have changed, Intel are making new CPU's and re-branding them as Pentium.

You should have done some research on the G860 CPU which is shown in OP's first post.
It was released in 2011.
