Can't see the screenshot yet, but I'm already assuming he's using ccman's hack, when using this you can't use your knife or nades, or you will get an error message after a while, when using it try to avoid using knife or nades.

@Prepix, Can also be closed, this is solved.

It's a memory issue. The hacks use a certain amount of memory with so you can expect the hack to run as long as you have enough memory. Clean your PC and restart it to do a memory dump. Don't use a nade when running more than 2 hack buttons............. just recoil+superwp will be ok but will eventually crash. Or upgrade your Net Framework software.... or even your video card/ddr3.
