Safe Servers for Hacks?

I wanna get my Humanity up in DayZ cause I'm sick of this 250 per bloodbag shit, apparently self defense is bad. I have -40k and want to go up to 0, I know its stupid and risky but I just want to see if there are servers that might be safe to use Humanity Increase Hack on.
