You select BG extreme
You press F5 and on the little screen where you see: ''BG EXTREME'' you press ''>'' and it is going to lockdown easy i think.
Press it AT ONCE, BOTH!
Then you get an error, click ''ok'' and cancel starting
Above the little screen again, you click ''select'' --> ''ok'' and done
