Resize Gif

Hello GFX guys.

Um... I got a animated gif, 432x285, and I want to use it as my MSN avatar.
But the problem is: It's 4,94MB
The max. file size for msn avatar is 200kb..

Is it possible to make it a lot smaller so i can use it as msn avatar without losing quality?

I think to preserve animation you have to edit every frame in animation editor.?.? But heres the easy way..

i doubt with all the frames the animation is it would make the size limit..

LOLOL the second one is 130 frames

Ive tried to open existing gif's in PS, PSP and gimp. Overwriting the file results in loss of animation in all 3.

130 frames = it opens into 130 individual pictures that turn into a animation when compressed into .gif

its way too large, too many frames, too high quality
[at least for 200kb]
