woot level 30

after 3 years of playing one or two games a day I have hit level 30! Time for solo q.

Edit nvm they left out the part were you have to have 16 champs to q thought you just had to be level 30 and I only have 14 and used up all my IP to buy runes for rank

Is it always like that or just at times you know it's going to lag? Doesn't dls slow down if a lot of other people using dsl are on?
