Help❗ Lagg

Hi all i have a problem whit lagg CFEU ...since the last update valentine whenever I choose the server, the channel and the room where it takes at least 15 minutes to play ...
but while playing ping and a 77-80 : ( : ( : (

for me it even decreases the game performance
