When you say crash, do you mean the game will launch to the main menu and crash, or does it crash during gameplay?
Do you have Xbox Live, and have you applied all the available patches?

and when it crashes it bring me to the main menu without starting
Go talk to xbox live support they really help.... But waiting takes a LONG time
