Changes I feel need to occur[GFX Section]

I've noticed some unrest in this section lately. And I want to recommend some changes.
- More proper CnC on signatures in which it is requested. In my thinking it should be a main job of the GFX team (Both JR and GFX) to make sure there is one good CnC from their team in each signature in which CnC/Crit is asked for. After all their here to make us better.

- Also, more moderated flaming. A main key to promoting to this would be harder infractions, if a thread of yours has to be closed to do YOU excessively flaming., you should have an infraction. Also the mods, mainly of the GFX team, would have to insure this.

- A more organized system of challenges. As of now there are three types of challenges, and it makes it very cluttered. We should implement sub-forums in the challenge section for the three types of challenges. And have stricter deadlines, and a faster render post by GFX teams, for the challenges.

-Also a better request system. The request format should be followed if not, a warning, if asked again without following format. THREAD CLOSED. It makes everyone's life easier when the format is followed. Also their tends to be some spam in these threads. They should be closed a while after fulfilled. Also this prevents bumping.

That is all i can think of for now if someone feels I should add more then I will do so.

-One thing, i don't think the Jr. GFX and GFX spot situation will change anytime soon, that "club" is basically useless as it its.. i think this section should just have moderation.. does it really need a elite group?

I agree with all this but right now I have to say that I'm a one man'd team and in spite of possibly losing my position I don't think I will get around to any of this especially on my own.

Has anybody ever though of expanding one of the more responsible moderators control to the GFX section?
Just keep Ryguy in charge, its near impossible to enforce anything at the moment...

Being a mod..is not a matter of skill here IMO it more on responsibility and you helpfulness....and MATURITY...

Despite my devotion to this site and this section I still have a life. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Then why don't you request it...Everyone has a life...Some are just more willing to sacrifice for this wonderful community
