I swear on god i really dont know, i just plugged in my headphones... No sound. I remove the headphones... No sound. Try my some Boxes (or whatever you call those things) didnt work -_- Went looking online, found it was my sound adapter

If it's the driver, just reinstall it.
If you are talking about your port, you can convert an extra port into a sound out port (like Mic or the other if you only have 3).
