Throw would be the game I lost 2 days ago, score being 24 to 3 ending with us losing up by 20 kills.

Exactly what happens. I get fed @ the start hard, then my adc, top, or mid gets fed.

A throw is your entire team being ahead and pushing an advantage when the game suddenly turns around. It isn't win lane lose game.
