Z8games support

how long does the support typically need to answer my ticket?
I have a chargeback. i created a new ticket, clicked >>account<<, then >>Billing/purchases<< then >>charge back<<.
I entered all my paysafecards, fairly enough to compensate the chargeback.
I already waited 3 days, which isn't normal at all....
Do you think ill get my account back until the Legendary and Valentine crates go away?

If you are lucky enough,tonight,if not,it took me 7 days to answer me and then i resent the ticket and ansewered me next day =)

You must wait 1-2 week, to give a response, where they dont do nothing for you...
