HelpAmazing Scroll Menu?

I am looking for a very good scroll menu where the features are nice and organized and it always doesn't say scroll menu, like you have to press a combination of keys to open it (not necessary)

I don't care if it comes with a MENU menu, but I would like a good scroll menu!
