I'm back from tha ban. FYI I got banned for 'sending inappropriate messages to staff member DH!!!' The ban was for 9 days. Specific: I asked mindtek for porn

With that said, I got 2 questions:

1) It doesn't say in the rules that you can't do that.
2) I created an account that I used once on the ban before mindtek perma-banned it and i got banned for 'Averting the ban' but I have seen many people do that and yet they never get banned. ?????
