Of course it is like that for a GM 
Lol, i dont think they can just add the weapons they want to the client..
that'd be pretty much unlogic cause they'd need to shutdown+patch the game then.
on their test servers they can add and do whatever they want but not on the pub ones.
Maybe thats the weapon being released in next patch.
