If im looking for a coder that is looking for a 60-40 pay off. 60 for the coder and 40 for us. Where would i post this? or can i even post it here in MPGH? If not what websites would i be looking for a coder for any multiplayer game?

Are you looking for a general coder for online games, or a single in game particular. If it is a single game, just go post it in the discussion section of that game. If a general coder, then I would go for the Coder's Lounge, or General Game Hacking.

For what purpose is the coder going to serve? What exactly will he/she be making?
You can't even answer the most basic of questions. How do you expect to get people to take you seriously?
