I don't think you can. You should contact Valve about this.
Don't think there is a public way to do this.
There is a plausible way. It is a hacking way and I think my friend knows how to do it. People get hacked with steam guard on all the time. I'll see what I can do. 
Just provide them with a receipt of purchase and they will reverse it for you. worked for me
