... if Kabam realizes that by patching the game to 11.2 and releasing a new skin in the middle of nexus would prevent duping.

Why would it work?
- No current client
- Hexed client wouldn't have the new skin, so the client would crash
- Duping is done with client

Don't get me wrong. I love MP Game Hacking; however, I like hacks and not exploits.

You don't need custom client to dupe, and hexed clients wouldn't crash -> ART tile.

Hexed client without no-ally = more laggy especially when full screen. The dupe was based on lag and logging multiple instances to Ghall and kicking yourself from the server before it saved your inventory.

That's why if you had 0 items on client A and you put 8 cbows on Client A and you traded those cbows away and disconnected yourself, you'll have 0 cbows. If you had 0 and you put the 8 cbows on client A, went to vault, then back to nexus, your odds were much higher too.

Custom client doesn't make your internet connection lag more and duping is based on server lag, not on client lag and especially not on how slow you can make your computer by loading junk in you memory and running 9000+ CPU threads 100% so the O/S scheduler cannot give enough CPU time to your rotmg to run smoothly.

The people who were able to do it most efficiently were the people who were lagging. This is because it disrupts the connection between the client and the server. The more disruptions between the server and the client the better.

1) Wrong. Rilr posting "pwned" is not a productive post and as for what DatCoder said, the client would crash. You don't see new skins gliding around as ART tiles, do you?
2) You don't need a client to dupe, but the majority of the people who did dupe did it with a client.

When duping was first publicly released, I was up for it and I supported people who were duping and I stayed up that night with my girlfriend in bed waiting for me. So you talking about me not supporting "hacks" -- broad term -- is completely wrong. I don't give a flying fuck if you believe me on this bit, but dogging me for that would only continue to support your immature thinking.

If duping was up through the night and part of the day, then that's cool. Some people got on it fast enough, some didn't. But Kabam was slow as fuck as well, so it's their fault too for facilitating such a game-breaking exploit by doing nothing for so long. They deleted a lot of mule accounts, including some of my potion mules, so I hate Kabam just as much as any of you. Keep in mind that if you exploit the game at the source of your fun, then you're ruining hacking for yourself too -- yet another sign of your immature thinking.

Some people don't like to play legit, some people are just born hackers, some are just deviants of legal statutes. That's fine with me because I am one of those people. The point of the game is to do what? Bash mobs and get fat loot! You get fat loot, no need to bash mobs. You're losing part of the game. Hack to make your character speedy in sprite world, hack to make your character not paralyzed or stunned when it should be, I don't care because I do it too except on my steam account... that's why I'm here just like you.

Once again: the client would not crash and will never crash. If you don't know what we mean of crash, then look it up. If you are talking about the recent disconnections from the server, they're because the celestial blade's damage got lowered, and when you kill something, only the client will detect it as dead, and in reality from the server's pov the monster will continue to attack you. The client ignores the damage beacuse it does not know about it, so as a protection against god mode, the server will drop the client. It's not a crash and has nothing to do with a "new" (not changed where the id remains the same) skin where the only thing you would see is a useless art tile.
And believe it or not, I did not dupe, my mules haven't got banned, and I do not use cheats either. (it's relative, I use things I made but I would not call them cheats)

I'd hardly call flash coding being a developer.
I didn't know anything about the Celestial blade.
You don't see ART tiles gliding around if a Santa was in nexus, you disconnect.
I don't care if you duped, I was up for it until I saw that Kabam didn't fix it for weeks and it was breaking the game.

Sadly god mode rarely ever works on games anymore. It's all about that no-hit missing/evading

@ @ATLUS AS is as good a programming language as Java or any other language: Both use a middleman(AKA the Virtual Machine) to convert their bytecode into machine language. People here do not code in AS, they code in AVM2 Bytecode, which is AS after compilation, so your argument of flash devs not being programmers is moot.

PS: Almost every other game you'll play on the web (using a web browser)is either a: 1. Flash Game 2.HTML5(w/ JS) Game or 3. Java Game(Lesser than HTML5 or Flash)
