Design a simple logo - get a beta key

I'm about to launch a new project. It's nothing big, but I think serious gamers will like it.
For this project, I need a simple logo. If there's anyone here who's willing to do it, I'll reward you with a beta key for the site launch.

The icon could be a shield with the same colors as the text.
The text colors could be light blue, or green.
You can use the same text, if you can supply me with the .psd file.
I don't want the unfinished site url to be leaked, yet!
