have you ever heard of white light treatment or something like that?
I actually have a clinical sleeping disorder. I don't have any of my Melatonin pills left, forgot to pick some up yesterday. I've been up for, let me do the math...35 hours straight, with not a single second of sleep.

im not sure exactly i think its a type of hypnosis maybe where a white light is involved but i heard it can fix peoples sleeping habits and make them sleep normal again

this is me i swear
"a chronic steady pattern comprising one- to two-hour daily delays in sleep onset and wake times in an individual living in society"
The pattern of delay persists literally "around the clock", typically taking a few weeks to complete one cycle. This disruption of the body clock causes cyclical bouts of nighttime sleeplessness and excessive daytime fatigue and napping

The light allows your body to build up more of a stockpile of Melatonin, which is the chemical your brain uses to sleep. Melatonin is produced in light, and then released in the dark, that's why darkness makes us tired. My brain is fucked, so i have to take melatonin pills to sleep at all. I literally can not sleep without them. When I was like 10, I literally was awake for 6 days in a row. I had to go to the ER for exhaustion and they knocked me out cold.
