Mod s0beit for Samp 0.3x Version

This is response to everyone, who had Freezing problem with This s0beit http://www.mpgh.net/forum/483-grand-...urce-code.html

Now it working fine, no freezing.

How to use :
1. Instal to yours San Andras directory
2. Thats all
3. For editing open mod_sa.cfg
