do you think thief of hours is good cause im gonna try it out

Personally, it's only useful for Ultra Iadoa. Otherwise, it's not really useful. The fifth skill doesn't actually allow you to "kill" Nulgath, J6, etc. The monster kills itself, so you don't get any exp, gold, class points, drops, etc.
