Yeah, I do MMA but I'm afraid to fight someone.
I usually just back away from fights.
If you arnt afraid you are a liar! Everybody is afraid but the satisfaction after winning one is just amazing! Until the Police comes to you....

I don't instigate fights but I wouldn't just take it if someone hit me.

If the guy throws a punch first and I start beating the crap out of him it's called self defense.
