Need Help Hitman 5 (Absolution)

Hi,I am Using Windows 8 and using Black box version of The Game my PC specification is also enough to run it but when I run the game its says
"Hitman5.exe has stopped working"
I tried several solutions for that but none of it is working

Some Sites says install steam It will run but still facing same problem if anyone of you knows how to fix it please tell me

Nah,Too Lazy To Buy Games

its the cracked version

Blackbox isn't generally a good rip, but usually you can check on the torrent comments or wherever you got it. Also, make sure you actually cracked it and just not unpacked it.
