anime: bleach: its got better openings, less fillers, more action.
manga: bleach: great action, the author drew zombie powder(one of my favs), now it doesn't have as much story as naruto but it makes up for it in realistic battles(none of that bs everyone is brought back to life cus the bad guy is sorry shit) and better transformation of battle styles and characters personality.
