i think it is possible in visual basic just google "OCR Visualbasic"(i didn't tried it)

It's possible but you would have to record the keys and that's again the rules sooo

I think OCR is not the same as keylogging

I guess you could have a textbox and when they type in "Hello" you make a Label change its text to Hello or something.

There is no way to detect another players text.
You would have to run it like a script;
Randomize the times you say something; (Every 19 seconds) Hi!
(5 seconds later) Gee, this games boring now huh?

Something along those lines.

or, you could just set it to type song lyrics, and troll the hell out of the legit trainers.
