Hi, im see some one in dark rp make any act that no one have like reload his physical gun with sound or shot prop and destroy him self like boom
he down and start move like he fuc* walk not like all and dancing like mad and shot a prop on some one like a fast prop kill

Isn't a script, it's a speed hack AFAIK.

I just jumped to a conclusion that it was some sort of speedhack.

you know the act bow and other right? but this player do act with lua or something he say its lua and its not commands and he shot prop(run to any player and shot like a gun but he shot prop to fast to prop kill) and he kill him self like destroy bomb

Sounds like a SWEP and the command explode a bit.

do you have this? im not know anything about lua or sweps or can you give me the prop kill shot?

Unfortunately I don't have either.

It either could be, what Antipathy said, a SWEP, or it's possible that he could have some propkill script that spawns a prop and flings it as fast as it can infront of him.

try find a lua
