GS hack

GS hack
Hey guys, after along time of research i found his
"Cash_charging.bsv"
i think it has something to do with recharging GS, so i was wondering if any of you guys know a way to change those codes into C++ so i can read it and try to recode it, other coders can help out too. no beggers allowed though.
