Pen Tool Rendering

I know what youre thinking. but some people dont render
like this. and some dont even know how to render.
so i thought fuck it.

That is very basic tutorial and doesn't actually cover the aspects of what the pen tool is for. I can do straight lines with a polygon lasso tool.

lol, i just started using PS not very long ago, and i already got the hang of the pen tool in a min or 2. just to to get the hang of some things like rendering a ray of light coming from a light bulb or something. anyone kin denough to make a tut on rendering light rays from a light bulb?

use the drag feature of the pen tool to create a even curve, then feather the edge by about 5

Good tutorial I have never used the pen tool to render, and the polygonal lasso tool is a pain in the butt when you want to move around the screen.
